Whether you suffer from upper back pain, lower back pain, middle back pain, neck pain, sciatic nerve problems, herniated discs, neck tension, chronic pain, or just general backache, there is hope for you that does not involve expensive and painful surgery, and does not involve the use of dangerous NSAID medications.
I had back pain problem for years. My job used to be sitting in the office for long hours and lot of work tension. It started from some stiffness in the back to tingling in the left leg, left arm, neck pain(cervical pain) etc. Slowly pain moved to left buttock and thigh.
Initially I started going to orthopedics for help (because I believed in modern medical science). After spinal X-ray they put me on muscle relaxants, pain killers and some nerve repairing drugs. It went on of some months without any improvement. My problem in fact went on deteriorating. doctors took my spinal X-rays and diagnosed it as a disc prolapse. I did whatever they advised me from bed rest to traction. i did not see any improvement in my back pain. Then doctors advised MRI scanning. The MRI report indicated it as spinal stenosis at L5&s1. I was advised to go for spinal surgery or learn to live with the pain throughout life.
Then I started visiting to chiropractors for physical therapy. For a few months I was treated with heat pads, some twisting and some exercises to relieve my back pain and sciatica. There was no considerable improvement apart from declaring that my left leg has become shorter by 1.5 inches.
I was bed ridden for many months and was unable to sit, stand or walk. Orthopedics surgeons declared that so much fluid has gone into the spinal cord that even spinal surgery won’t be helpful now. I got depressed. I was at 36 years of my age at that time.
I also took the help of homeopathy, accupressure, acupuncture and many traditional back pain fixers.
Then I stumbled upon a new learning. I learned some stretching exercises which were so potent and which focus mainly on the primary causes and not the secondary or illusory ones. I started doing those exercises and was able to stand and walk in about 10 days and within a months I was 100% normal.
Chiropractors had never told me about these stretching exercises.
These were a set of exercises which relieved the stiffness of muscles from ankles to the neck which are responsible for the proper movement of your spine. It was very simple to learn that how the stiffness of our muscles from ankles to the neck effect our spine which in turn effect the movement of spine and cause back pain, sciatica and related problems which have been given so many names by the experts.
Now I am perfectly fine and don’t have any traces of bad back. Over the years I tested those stretches on dozens of people. Almost all of them were able to get rid of back pain, sciatica, spinal stenosis, herniated disc, disc prolapse etc. Some of them had chronic back pain, some had prior spine surgery and some were advised surgery
by the doctors. I you have back pain, sciatica, spinal stenosis, herniated disc, disc prolapse etc., don’t need to be depressed.Your condition – which ever it may be – is a physical problem, and it will require a physical solution. There are no pills or injections that can create the real balance in your body.
I have put all those exercises for you in my video so that you do not live a miserable life due to bad back pain and its related problems. All back related problems will seem to be thing of the past in a matter of days. In fact these exercises will improve your overall health in a number of ways.
